About Abigail

Hi there! My name is Abigail (she/her) and I am a recent Summa Cum Laude college graduate (May 2024) from the University of the Arts with a BFA in Dance and minors in Business and Creative Writing. Thank you so much for clicking on my profile and taking interest in getting to know me better! Alongside babysitting, I have an extensive dance education background working with children and adults ranging in age from 3 to 75 for over six years. In addition, I also have experience working with students on the autism spectrum ages 13 to 18 for two years. Using my skillsets gained from being in the arts, I bring unique characteristics to the child care experience. I believe in meeting each individual where they're at and using their interests as a way to build connection, trust, and mutual respect. Outside of dance, writing, and teaching, I also enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, and caring for my plants. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! I look forward to meeting you!
