Here's a bit about me: I'm 41, and I've been a nanny off and on for over 20 years -- through college, graduate school, and a PhD program. I truly enjoy helping families give the best care possible to their littlest members, and I know a wide range of caregiving philosophies. I've worked with attachment parents, gentle parents, and parents who figure it out along the way. If you follow Eat-Play-Sleep, modified CIO, or follow baby's cues, I'll respect your approach. I love songs, books, baby yoga, and walks to the park (with the dog, too!). I can help introduce baby sign, I'm a tummy time & nap-time pro, and I believe in child-led imaginative play for toddlers. Addie was a true professional and a great find! She watched our 4 month old son while we rented a home on the lake and attended a wedding. She wrote down naps, feedings and activities without asking. Addie came prepared with questions to ask to set herself up for success. I cannot speak more highly of a caretaker.
