I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, caring. I like caring for seniors because my passion is empowering people to be the best they can be. Everyone needs a break! I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my calm, positive personality to help people. I started caring for seniors when my own husband developed dementia about a year ago. His disease has progressed so that he is now in Memory Care. I realize personally that caregivers cannot function without a network of people looking out for them. Rest for caregivers is imperative. My hope is that working with others will help me to use my experience and talents to provide help to others while providing a flexible lifestyle for myself. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, organize, do crafts and painting. One thing you should know about me is I care. I've been in many different challenging situations which helps me to help others. My skills include patience, knowledge, experience.
