Aileen helped us take care of our daughter part time from the time she was about a year old until she was just about a year and a half. Our daughter seemed comfortable and happy around Aileen and we loved that Aileen would take her for walks to get fresh air, was able to keep to our daughter’s schedule, and was flexible when we needed help on additional days or needed to adjust the overall schedule. I would highly recommend Aileen for any future nanny position. We appreciate all her help until we could get our daughter into daycare!
