About Alayna

I'd describe my personality as caring kind and nurturing. I like working with kids because I have the chance to help teach them necessary skills to mold them into a kind and healthy person. I'm looking for a job that will not only challenge me but also teach me different parenting skills. I love working with kids and animals. When I was a senior in high school I had the ability to leave early at 11:00 am, (due to having credits necessary to graduate) and I would watch my two toddler silbings from 11:30-4 p.m. after school daily. When I graduated high school, I started watching them full time from 7am-4 p.m. I am a very creative person. I like to hang out with my siblings and animals. I like to be outside and feel the sun and appreciate nature as well. I am very good at following routines and I am a very good conversational person, but at the same time I am a good listener as well. I have good communication, problem solving skills and positive reinforcement.
