About Alcida

Hello! My name is Alcida. I am a 48-year-old Nanny, with over 10 years experience in child care. I have three children of my own who sadly, are all grown up. I love working with children and care for them immensely. My age and experience has brought great maturity, responsibility and wisdom to my child care career. I love to go out on "field trips" with the children, like go to parks, have picnics, zoos, and museums. I am also a really big music and arts & crafts fan. I do have a spacious car of my own to take the children out on trips and handle drop offs. I have experience with children of all ages and special needs. I specifically have experience with children who have physical disabilities and diabetes. I am PCA certified so I handled physical therapy sessions and catheters. I have great references from a school principal, PCA company and the most recent family I worked with. I am ready to work with a great family, Thank you!
