Aless is amazing! Very caring, attentive, organized, and clean. We got along very well and she was very flexible with her schedule. She understood that it was my first baby and didn't mind my constant check-ins at the beginning. We were sad to have to let her go but my mother moved in with us and is now taking care of E.
