Alexandra seemed like a promising candidate, so I invited her over for a paid trial session with my daughter. She flaked twice, both times without prior notice. I was sitting at home waiting for her to show up and she never did. The first time this happened, I contacted her and she later claimed she'd been sick. Doesn't justify why she never messaged me to cancel, but fine, I decided to give her a second chance. Now it's the second time. Same thing happens: zero notice; she simply didn't show up. DO NOT hire this person if you're actually expecting care when you've scheduled it. I don't think she understands what it means to a parent to have babysitting fall through with zero notice.
