We booked Alexia one week before a reoccurring nanny job for my small family. She seemed gung-ho. The day before her first job with us she asked what her rate was, I responded with the rate she had posted when I booked her and we already agreed on. She informed me it had changed, I agreed although bad business practice on her end. I texted back a few hours to confirm, no response. I texted her to confirm and she finally replied she wouldn’t be coming less than 12 hours an advance.
