Alianna is always willing to take on hours and help me (single FT working Mom) with my 2 children (under age 10). She does drive farther to help me, but its worth the pay knowing my kids are safe and taken care of. Alianna has brought my children food to surprise them, and did fantastic with transporting my kids to and from school. Her daughter is a joy and my kids loved having all of them go out on errands or playtime at the park. I've heard her redirect my children appropriately and I appreciate the attention she pays to them and then letting me know how the kids behaved that day. We continue to ask Alianna to do date night babysitting.
