About Alice

I have personal & professional experience caring for all age groups (infants-seniors) including special needs, teaching experience, & have taken many early childhood education courses and am trained as a CNA. I am back in Vegas after working for St Judes Childrens Ranch as a Foster House Parent and spend most of my time right now working for a great local on-call agency babysitting for families that come here on their vacations & for homes in the greater Summerlin & Henderson area. I am now seeking a permanent long-term position. I provide backup for the Familys' as a whole unit, & like to stick to habit-building routines established with parents as the authority. I believe deeply, that children's security & freedom come from the trust & consistency built & provided by the adults in their lives- & use it as the foundation for the rest of their lives. I take the responsibility to heart as if I am with my own family with a Developmentally Appropriate Prudent Caregiving skillset/appr.
