About Alicia

I have been caring for kids since I was 11 years old. I am the oldest of five and have also worked in church day cares in the last five years. I have babysat kids from ages 5 to 12 years. I have also cared for infants ages 3 to 11 months, I know how to make bottles, follow nap and playtime schedules, etc. I am trained in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED. As of 2023, I am a Certified Postpartum Doula. I also know how to teach basic sign language, early linguistics skills, and can help parents achieve verbal as well as physical developmental goals and milestones. I also can assist with additional duties such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, as well as some other household chores. I am also fully Covid vaccinated and vaccinate every year for flu and other seasonal illnesses. Overall, I love getting to help families and take care of children. Watching a family grow together is one of my greatest joys and getting to serve families who need it is the best job ever!
