About Alisha

I have been a nurse for 15yrs. Most of that has been geriatric/home health/end of life. I have a passion for helping the aging. I am experienced and educated in disease process management such as CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension etc. I am very experienced in wound care, IV care at home, therapy exercises, diet, medication education/med set up and home safety. Transportation to appointments, patient advocacy along with communication between doctors/families, meal prep/planning, grocery shopping/errands. My goal is to provide medical care/assistance/education to the aging along with providing activities/care that will promote happiness, bring joy, smiles, laughter, and a sense of worth (outings, at home manicure/pedicure, assist with hobbies that they love but cannot do alone, trips to the beach/movies/stores). Caring for our aging families can be tough sometimes, finding peace in knowing they are being cared for is everything. Hours of availability can be discussed.
