When on the job, I love to incorporate immersive and educational activities, can help with driving, cook healthy and nutritious snacks/meals, organize, communicate with a sense of authority all while creating a friendly bond with the child(ren), enjoy the outdoors, can give swimming lessons, read, take photos, and play! I originally went to university for Physical Therapy and studied Business, Strategy, Entrepreneurship but received a Bachelors of Art concentration Digital & Film Photography. I understand the psychology of a child/teen and know how to intuitively read an infant's or baby's needs and wants. I am all ears when taking notes from their parents & how they conduct stabilization and routine in their household and within their family. Alison is super responsive and follows up to confirm details and availability, she is really flexible which I appreciated with my changing schedule, and most of all she was great with my kids. They came up with a boat game that my kids still ask if she can come over to play, and she was proactive in bringing in crafts and activities for the kids to do. Bonus: she helped with some of my laundry, dishes, and cleaning up! We all love her!
