Alla will go above and beyond to treat you pet like her own. I have to commend her for handling a medical emergency with my pet with the utmost care making sure my baby was well cared for and I was in the loop on everything. I can't imagine if this had happened in someone else's care. To say the least Alla is a gem. On top of that she took excellent care of my home and was kind and positive in all our interactions.
