I interviewed Allease on 4/9/2021 and was very impressed by her professional childcare experience and her educational background. She is clearly a caregiver that loves children and also has the practical experience needed for a variety of childcare situations. While our particular situation didn't correlate, I would most certainly recommend Allease for other families who are looking for a nanny or childcare provider.
