About Allie

I'd describe my personality as funny, upbeat, and patient. I'm looking for a job that keeps me busy and I enjoy. I started working with kids when I was 14. My mother opened her own home daycare where I started helping at age 14. I started my own daycare journey at 18 when I got my first official in center job. In my spare time, I like to work on building my nail business. My preferred down time is just to spend time with my family, fiance, and "step" daughters. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very patient. I believe all children can be talked to and redirected into making there own safe and rewarding decisions. My skills include patience, creativity, and awareness. I also have experience helping with autistic children as I grew up helping with my non-verbal brother.
