About Allison

Hi there! I am a new registered nurse at Nationwide Children's Hospital. I have about 3 years of experience working with the adult/elderly population. Although I love children and have decided to become a pediatric nurse, I have always had a special connection with the elderly population and wold love to continue providing care in any way I can. During nursing school, I worked as a nursing assistant in a nursing home where I provided personal care, support, and comfort as well as help with feeding, ambulating, and other activities of daily living. I also have 2 years of experience working with adults as a nursing assistant in a neurological ICU at the Cleveland Clinic. I currently work as a night shift nurse, and am hoping to work evening or night hours. I can help with medication administration and other nursing skills if needed.
