About Allison

I'm a creative, friendly, and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. I have two years of experience caring for children, and I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I'm always learning and growing as a caregiver. My approach to childcare is centered around providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. I believe that play is an essential part of childhood, and I encourage children to explore their interests and learn through play. I also believe in the importance of routine and structure, and I work with parents to create a schedule that meets the needs of their child. I'm happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always follow the parents' lead.
