Allison has looked after my 2 sons for over a year. During that time she has not only proved herself to be a wonderful care-giver but she has blended seamlessly within our family. My little guy started school this past September which is the only reason why she's not their full time care-giver now. My boys and I love her very much and when I do need someone to watch them, she will always be my first choice. There has been plenty of times where she was the only one I could depend on to be there for my family and our crazy schedule. In one word, she is awesome and I hope she never forgets that!
