My very 1st job was at a retirement home and ever since have had a tender heart for the elderly and people needing extra care. My mother is in early stages of dementia and everyone says I'm so patient and compassionate with her. I'm willing to do housework, hygiene, meals, errands, companionship, Dr appointments, etc. I'd love to build a trusting and nurturing relationship with individual and help family with peace of mind knowing their loved one is in great hands.

Allison is compassionate and patient as well as very good at all aspects of the job as was needed. We hired her as a caretaker and she met much resistance from our family member which was not a reflection on her but rather the family member was just not ready for care. Allison was so patient and caring, and actually did make progress. Because of this resistance she was willing to do other chores during her time, nothing was beneath her (i.e., housekeeping chores, cooking) and she met it all with a smile. We really felt like she was part of our family.
