About Allison

Hi there! I'm Allison, I am 26 years old with around 10 years of childcare experience. I was a day care attendant for a year (2018) for infants up to 12-year-olds. I have nannied for families since I was about 16 and have experience with children who have learning disabilities and autism. Most recently I was a cheerleading coach for middle schoolers which was one of my most favorite gigs I've ever done. I like working with kids because they help you see the world in a more colorful way, sometimes as adults we often get caught up and frustrated with life and one of the most beautiful things about working with children is that they have a more optimistic, loving, view of life. I started working with kids when I was in high school. Around 15/16 years old. But I'd like to say it's been longer than that because I have two younger siblings with 9 and 13 years age difference from me. In my spare time, I like to go on walks with my dog, read books, and stay active.
