About Allison

I recognized my affinity for working with seniors at an early age and thus many of my college courses included subjects pertinent to all facets of the aging process. Post college, I became licensed as a hearing aid specialist and have spent over 18 years working with seniors in the hearing healthcare sector, most recently as the owner/operator of a hearing aid business in Fryeburg, Maine. I have switched my focus upon returning to the Hudson Valley to where my passion lies in advocating and caring for seniors in all areas of their lives, not just with hearing. Engaging the mind and senses is important in the aging process and I can provide social outings to various local attractions in a safe way for people who find themselves in a most vulnerable stage of life. I can provide transportation and help with medical appointments, shopping and errands. I can assist with light housework, organization and clean outs all while serving as a trusted companion and advocate.
