I've been an EMT since 2021 with well over 4, 000 diverse calls under my belt. I've got a lot of experience with special needs, developmental disorders, emotional disorders, mental health, elderly, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, etc.. I have been nannying for 6 years, kids all ages, including special needs and newborn. I have Nannied multiple families with multiple kids. I also have experience being a personal assistant/errand/shopper. I am very kind, laid back, responsible, and calm in all situations. I care about every patient or family I work with and am flexible with my schedule. I do 24 hour emergency calls for anything you may need. When I work for you I treat your family like my family. We have had the pleasure of having Allison care for our children over the past few months and we could not be more pleased with her services. She is incredibly reliable, punctual, and always comes to work with a positive attitude. Our children adore her, and she has built a strong, trusting relationship with them. Allison is very attentive and always ensures that our children are engaged in age-appropriate, creative activities, from reading books to outdoor play. She’s proactive in helping with homework and supports the children’s learning in fun, interactive ways. Her ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations is commendable, and she is very communicative with us about any issues or updates. Additionally, she has been a tremendous help with maintaining a clean and organized home environment, even going above and beyond her childcare duties to assist with light housework when needed.
