Alyssa has been an occasional afternoon/evening sitter for our family for almost a year now. She is a great communicator with regards to scheduling, is always punctual and dependable, and arrives with a smile (which given her busy schedule is amazing). My kids really like her - she handles a 10, 12, and 14 year old with patience and grace and plays outside with them whenever they need to get some energy out. She is also very good at hearing directions regarding schedules and house rules and sticking to them.
