With over two years of pediatric nurse experience & over four years of direct childcare experience, I possess a deep understanding of child development & I am committed to tailoring care to each child's unique needs. I like working with kids because they bring so much energy & curiosity to every interaction. I also admire children's resilience & adaptability and enjoy helping them overcome challenges & seeing them thrive. I'm looking for a job that allows me to contribute in a meaningful way & one that I can help maintain routines that best work with the family's needs. I also am experienced with providing care to those with special needs or medical care needs. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, create art, read, & go for road trips. My skills include being CPR & PALS certified, experienced with behavioral management, & cognitive development.
