About Amanda

I love children of all ages, but my preferred developmental stage is the newborn-toddler phase. I have three years of experience with child care. I was a babysitter regularly in high school. I also went on an international Christian mission trip last year, which involved caring for children in third-world countries, volunteering at orphanages, and hosting vacation bible school. I attended Colorado State University with a major in pre-health Human Development and Family Studies. While I was enrolled at CSU, I earned my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. Following my education at CSU, I became a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) as well. With that being said, I have my CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications and feel very comfortable in emergency situations. I will be attending nursing school in Denver starting next June. I am also willing to help out around the house, run errands, or do anything it takes to make your life a little easier!
