I'd describe my personality as caring, nurturing, and understanding. I like working with kids because they bring such joy to my day. I've watched multiple children grow up and I love being apart of their development. Working with children has always been a passion of mine. Seeing a smile on a child's face is the best part of my day. I'm looking for a job that offers full-time hours with infants/toddlers. I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old. I have about 8/9 years total experience working with children. I am CPR/First Aid certified, have my own car, do not smoke, and can help with light housekeeping. One thing you should know about me is I have a lot of experience with children and I am a super kind and loving individual. I am super comfortable with pets as I have my own (two cats and a large dog). My skills include being able to help children archive milestones, feeding bottles/introducing solids, changing diapers, helping with naps.

We hired Amaya to babysit our 5 year old and 3 year old in the evenings for our date nights. Amaya was attentive and took great care with our children. She followed our instructions to the T but also made sure to play with our children and read with them. Amaya was always on time, and even stepped in for us last minute when we had an emergency.
