About Amber

I have over 20 years experience caring for children. I have been a nanny for various families with children of all ages, as well as a daycare teacher, substitute teacher, infant teacher, and public school preschool teacher. I worked for the same family for over four years, starting with two children ages 6 months and 2 years, and stayed for the birth of twins until they were 3 years old. Then I worked for another family for almost a year who had three children, ages 2, 4 and 6, while going to school for elementary education. I also worked for a family with infant twins for 2 years. More recently, I worked with infants for three years at a daycare center. My last position was as a preschool teacher in public school. I am very passionate about working with and teaching children. I feel lucky that I get to help and encourage their growth and development.
