About Amber

Hi! Im Amber. I'm 26 and have been working in childcare for 10 years. I love to be able to give kids a safe space to learn and grow while letting them just be a kid and make core memories! I'm usually quite introverted but the kids bring out the extroverted side of me. Some of my favorite things to do with the kids is have dance parties, read books, play games, and do crafts together. I like to become part of the family with the families I nanny for. I form a close bond with the kids and their families and love to keep in contact with them even after I'm no longer their nanny. Some extras about me is my knowledge with food safety. I have experience with children who have had choking and aspirating issues that have required feeding therapy. With that being said, I am super calm and have a fast response time when it comes to any choking emergencies. I've also worked with children who have been delayed in milestones and required physical therapy. I'm first aid and CPR certified as well!
