I have babysat since I was 13 years old for multiple different families starting with neighbors but working my way up. I have nannied for the past two summers and have worked with kids ages newborn - 12 years old. I am currently a freshman studying at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Fl. I am working on pursuing my nursing degree with the hopes of working in pediatrics or in the NICU. I have always had a profound love for kids and enjoy playing games/ doing arts and crafts with them! I'd describe my personality as patient, calm, and playful I enjoy working with kids because they are curious and have the warmest hearts never failing to make me smile. I am looking for a family to babysit regularly or to help with after school care while I'm at college. I am also open to one time babysitting as well

I have only wonderful things to say about Amelia. She was available to babysit over the summer for my newborn while we waited for day care to begin. Amelia was able to work for me from when my daughter was 6 weeks old to about 14 weeks. During this time Amelia was professional, communicative, listened well to instruction, and was super great with my girl. i think they formed a special bond during the time they spent together. We also were able to figure some things out together and be on the same page while my newborn grew since i was a first time mom. Anyone is lucky to have Amelia sit for them! I Highly recommend her and hope to have her sit for me again in the future.
