* I always wait 1-2 weeks to post my reviews to allow a person to respond just in case. Our first interview Ames was late and Ames did apologize. Ames interviewed well, and I always give people the benefit of the doubt, since life happens. We set up a second interview to meet with our child, but Ames never responded and did not follow through. We would have appreciated a response as we manipulated our schedules for this interview. It's common courtesy to let an individual know you are not going to show up.
