I'm a positive, gentle, nurturing, and fun mother of a young adult. I simply love children and enjoy encouraging curiosity, self expression, kindness, and respect for others and nature. I feel the most important positive influence we have on a child is fostering their sense of self worth and confidence by being fully present to them and honoring their unique experience of the world. I feel that children learn best through observing and play, exploring the world with curiosity and creativity, and I do not rely on media to entertain. I pride myself on my reliability, honesty and integrity. I have many years of experience caring for children in a home care setting and summer camp. I'm available to do various domestic tasks as well. I am extremely organized, tidy and clean. I will provide a full background check if we seem to be a good fit.
