About Amy

Working with children brings me joy and their development matters - 80% of a child's core beliefs are in place by the age of 8. Instilling qualities of integrity, courage, humility, kindness, and patience are some of the areas I find most powerful. While warm, nurturing, and kind, I pride myself in being organized, efficient, and creative in my care. I started working with children as a youth. After high school, I enlisted in the U. S. Navy, began my family, graduated from UW-Madison, and found great success in non-profit and corporate executive roles. I am now a full-time nanny, have school-age children, an adult child, and serve as a youth volunteer in my Christian church community and often find my self in the baby and toddler rooms.
