I'm an experienced and dedicated caregiver with a passion for nurturing children and supporting families. My more than 20 years of experience have equipped me with the skills to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children of all ages (newborn- preteens). I believe every child is unique and deserves individualized care. I strive to understand each child's needs and interests to create a personalized care plan that fosters their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. I'm patient, calm, and highly creative, which allows me to engage children in fun and educational activities that promote learning and growth. Communication is key, and I keep parents updated about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I respect and follow the parents' preferred communication method and household rules. I hold a graduate degree in Brazil and I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and Trustline. Speak English and Portuguese.
