We talk to Ana to discuss the job listed, her experience, and our rate as listed she had applied. She seem interested but wanted our address due to logistics and another childcare job at 6pm. In texting, she said it would take 45 min which would not be a problem for her. It would be the return to her next job so she could only work until 4pm. We agreed 11am - 4pm; as we needed childcare help. And wrote to her we would agree, and safe travels. It was until 11:05am we text to check in . She wrote it is not worthwhile job for her, although she was okay with the agreed rate, she is at a disadvantage and wish us the best. We couldnt believe she did not tell us beforehand. And waited until we check with her. She did apply for the job listing, and in speaking with her seem eager for the job. The reply was certainly unprofessional, and her disregard to tell us in advance for us to make arrangements showed she only cared about her own benefits and showed her being inconsiderate. Glad to have this experience now. We did call her number she wrote out and provided our address. This is a little concerning but thought to share our disappointment.
