About Andrea

I'd describe my personality as caring, mindful, and honest. I like working with kids because they have such a creative imagination and they can make any situation funny. I'm looking for a job that is fun and challenging. I started working with kids since I was 9 years old at my church. I volunteered in the nursery . I volunteered & taught at my local church for over 15 years. I've done a lot of babysitting as well. In my spare time, I like to read, go hiking, walk my dog, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I am very flexible and accommodating to needs. I learn fast and I do not hesitate to ask questions. I am CPR certified and worked as a patient care technician (aka nurse assistant) in the emergency department and primary care for 4 years, so I have a lot of knowledge in what to do in case of an emergency. I work well under pressure and am good at multi-tasking. My skills include activity planning, communication, and problem-solving.
