Andrea has been our full time nanny to my 1 yo and 3 yo daughters for just about a year. She is mature, reliable, warm, loving, & responsible. She celebrates the small successes of my girls the way I do, and enforces rules with positive reinforcement the way I do, all without ever having had to instruct her to do so. She is a natural caretaker with a huge heart and always makes safety a top priority. My girls love her as if she is part of the family, as do we. We are so grateful to have met her and welcomed her into our home over the past year.
