About Angelia

Caring for seniors has always been a true passion of mine and came very naturally to me at a young age. Having firsthand experience caring for my mother during her terminal illness has given me much more awareness of the needs and sensitivity of others. Each person has a unique story and I find it very fulfilling to listen to their life experiences and their family customs and traditions. For the past 18 years I have been a companion/care giver for 4 long term benevolent clients. My most recent client of 12 years has recently passed whom I was with her during her transition from living fairly independent to her passing days in a long-term care facility where I was with her intimately along this journey. During my tenure, I worked with clients diagnosed with various terminal and non-terminal diseases. I treat every client with dignity and respect while keeping them safe. Part of my expertise has been a liaison between hospitals and other facilities with families outside the U. S..
