In my experience, I've been responsible for. But not limited to; most importantly ensuring a safe environment. Preparing/giving meals, Bathing/dressing, Administering medicine, Doing housework, Organization, ensuring bed time routine/schedule is followed, Exercise, Naps walks in the park, changing diapers, sending pictures of their loved one throughout the day of activities. I love having or participating in activities that an individual enjoys doing and finds entertaining. Being a companion and caregiver is something I love doing. Because of the one on one interaction. The potential to make a difference in someone's life. I love to hear all their stories, experiences and wisdom/advice through and about life. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. Everyday is a little different. Also, when I'm older. I'd want someone like myself there to help me get through the day.
