About Angie

Hello! I am a lifelong childcare professional, seasoned children's musician, crochet pattern designer, creative writer and a healthy cooking enthusiast. My goal is to secure a long-term, on the books, full-time nannying opportunity. My childcare style can be described as heart-based, which speaks to prioritizing children's physical, emotional, mental and cognitive needs. I believe ALL parts of children's' lives and experiences matter and need to be handled with genuine love, kindness and knowledge on how to handle said experiences. In my early years, I nannied for many families and consistently volunteered at an amazing preschool center for several years. Eventually, I went to college for Child Development and found work as an afterschool counselor for middle school students. Since then, I've worked as a summer camp counselor, afterschool counselor, 1 on 1 special needs assistant, gymnastics teacher, sensory art teacher and parent-child music teacher. Childcare is my passion!
