About Angie

I have a Master's in Social Work and spent 13 years working with children and families in Chicago. After my second child was born, we moved to Valparaiso and I chose to do volunteer work and focus on raising our children. With one child off to college this fall, one the other in high school, I am seeking a part time job doing something I enjoy . I want to perform meaningful work that will help support seniors living at home. I enjoy meal planning and preparing healthy and tasty meals. I am excellent at keeping schedules on track, and organizing a household. I enjoy conversation and planning simple activities for others. I'd like to work for someone needing help with meal planning/preparation, grocery shopping, running errands and light housekeeping. Friendly conversation and companionship are a given! As a social worker and mom, I have the experience, maturity & patience to provide a safe and positive atmosphere for seniors needing support at home.
