About Anna

I am a Doctor of Pharmacy and Ayurvedic Health Counselor and am currently pursuing further education in Ayurveda (a holistic medical system from India). I am looking for part-time work to help me support my studies. I have experience in the health field as well as direct patient care of seniors including my aging grandparents and my father. I love to connect with people on a deeper level and provide comfort, conversation, and care. I love to be around seniors because I feel there is so much life experience and wisdom to be learned from them. I can help with care, companionship, management of medications and appointments, and light household chores such as cooking and cleaning. I am happy to guide your loved one in chair yoga and proper nutritional support (if needed).
