About Anne

I am a certified Special and General Education teacher and have taught professionally at 3 schools. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's Professional Development Sequence, a 2-year program in which I spent time in numerous classrooms, working with a wide variety of students: from preschoolers to teenagers, students without disabilities to students with severe disabilities, as well as students of varying socioeconomic backgrounds and ethnicities , including ELL (English Language learners). In addition to my teaching experience, my work with children includes 2 years as an overnight camp counselor, 4 years as a day camp counselor, over 10 years of volunteer work, and 20 years of babysitting/nannying. I am equally comfortable with all ages, and I love working with children with disabilities.
