I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative, and warm. I like working with kids because I love watching them learn what they love by growing in their curiosity. I think it's so exciting to watch kids foster a love for a hobby or a sport or a song etc. for the first time! I'm looking for a job with a family that has clear values and expectations that I can help meet as a sitter. One of my strengths is meeting people where they are at, and I enjoy working with families who have a solid foundation for childcare. I had my first babysitting job when I was 13, but I've been watching my siblings since I was 11. I have about 8 years of consistent experience with many different types of families. In my spare time, I like to read, hang out with my roommates, write songs, and go on walks. One thing you should know about me is I teach voice and piano lessons! My skills include patience, listening, and a calm disposition. I can also cook, clean, and help with homework!
