About Antonia

I am a graduate student looking to support a family part-time. I have 13 years of experience working with youth in a variety of formal and informal settings, beginning with teaching dance to toddlers and elementary-aged children before attending university. Following my undergraduate degree I was a Program Empowerment Director for a mentoring organization where I ran summer programming and supervised the school-year mentoring program. This program included children ages five to 18. During the 2018-19 school year, I provided everyday after-school care for a 3-year-old and 8-year-old. Most recently I worked as a service learning coordinator at a school for ages 2 to 18. In this role, I had the opportunity to support teachers and students in a classroom setting and in the community. Additionally, I taught 6th, 8th, and 12th grade Social Studies. In all of these roles, I managed the safety and development of youth in many different settings.
