My name is Ana and my passion lies in helping children and their families. Currently, I work as the Lead Guide at a Montessori school in the Nido (infant) classroom. I have a B. A. in both Psychology and Communication Studies with a background in Child Development. For the majority of the last 3 years, I worked at a non-profit in a variety of roles. I have cared for and taught students in our residential group home, acted as a social worker helping to reunify families involved in our DCF, and taught social skills to middle schoolers. I am great at managing myself and others (if needed) and am always thinking proactively. I have great organizational skills and love to help in any way possible, whether that be running errands, cooking, or cleaning. My passion for helping youth learn and grow coupled with my experiences makes me confident that I would be a fantastic addition to your family.

Ariana has a natural gift for caring for little ones! She was a wonderful nanny to our 6-month old baby for 4 months. She prepared bottles and baby cereal, got our little one dressed for the day, and planned engaging and fun activities such as story time, tummy time, and outside play. She is reliable and punctual. She treated our baby as if she was a member of her family, filling her days with lots of joy, love and laughter. Anyone would be blessed to have Ariana care for their child!
