The only con you may have about me is I do not drive, but I will always show up for my shifts. I am very resourceful. I've walked to my jobs for years and have even biked, used public transportation, and even bus routes to get to and from my work. I can take your loved ones on walks to get them exercise and out of the house. I can even take them to the park if you have one near your place or a pool. I've found very fun creative things to do with kids without having to leave the neighborhood.
