About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as fun, creativity, outgoing, organized, adventurous I like working with kids because I love seeing them grow and seeing what they can do on their own. Getting to know them and building a trust with them is one of my main goals and just encouraging them to try new things and telling them that it's okay if you make a mistake it's all about getting back up again and retrying. I'm looking for a job that I can work with kids and get to interact with them and get to see what they like to do and seeing their skills they have. I started working with kids once I graduated from high school in 2019 I was a nanny from 2019 to 2021 and I took care of 2 kids and one of them had down syndrome and their ages were 0-5. One thing you should know about me is I'm very energetic, always smiling , trying new things. I also drive an old police car so keep in mind that I can't put any car seats inside my car.
