About Ashley

I've been working in childcare since 2015 and have always loved what I do! With children, my primary focus is to share practical skills, provide lifestyle education, and encourage behavioral discipline while most importantly providing a fun and safe space. I enjoy working very closely with children and always ask for what parents would like to see implemented as well. I like working with kids because children are one of the things I am most passionate about. I am naturally motherly and nurturing so being around children genuinely makes me happy! I come from a lovely hispanic home so I am very structured and family oriented. My experience started when I was 14 in an at home daycare! I've worked with multiple children at once and am very familiar with feeding/cleaning after children. Fun facts: I am 23 years old, love to sing and write, and adore animals!
